Associate Professor of Managerial and Organisational Psychology at Wyzsza Szkola Biznesu – National Louis University in Nowy Sacz, Poland. I have conducted research in almost 100 Polish companies and non-profit organisations. The research concentrates on managerial and organisational cognition, ownership culture and total participation. Ever since I published the book “Managing the Goods” which proposed management based on personalism as its anthropological foundation I develop this approach both in my research, teaching and next two books: “Organisational Pathologies” and “Total Participation Management” (co-author). I founded Stocki Associates – Transition Consulting (www.totalparticipation.com) to help to apply the idea in organisations.
